Wastewater or Water Discharge Licence Impact Assessment

As part of any proposed or existing discharge of wastewater, process water or runoff from operation sites or construction sites to groundwater, surface waters or to sewer, there is a statutory requirement to attain a permanent or temporary discharge licence from the Local Authority, Uisce Eireann or Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).
